All of our water bottles are covered by our 100% quality guarantee. Water Bottles Online will only consider a claim for faults or transit damage within 14 business days of the delivery date so please make sure you inspect your delivery as soon as you get it.
Your Water Bottles will be eligible for return only if they have been damaged in transit, have a manufacturing fault or do not comply with the signed off final proof. (Please see below regarding colour matching).
You can not return your water bottles if you simply change your mind or don't like them for whatever reason..
You must first contact Water Bottles Online by email or phone 0497 111 243 and outline the issue.
We will then arrange with you to either send to us a photo or a sample of the bottles - once this is done a quick and final decision will be made.
You may be asked to return all of the suspect faulty water bottles however once it is determined that a manufacturers fault exists then the bottles will be replaced very quickly - if however the bottles returned are deemed satisfactory they will be returned to you. We may charge freight for the return.
Water Bottles Online will endeavour to match the colours shown in their visual designs and final art proofs to the finished product, however due to many factors such as ink variation, plastic material variation, the different computer monitors used by our clients and the like, an exact match may not be possible and we can not guarantee it. Water Bottles Online will not entertain a claim for faulty coolers based on colour matching unless you supply us with a colour swatch or a pms colour number as defined by the Pantone colour matching system prior to placing your order.
Our sports drink bottles are 100% BPA free and are made of food grade quality plastics and Stainless Steel.
Our Water Bottles can be recycled as well.
