We endeavor at all times to match as closely as possible to any specific colour required but matches are usually at around 95% accuracy.
Set up costs apply to ALL NEW work but not to repeat orders unless changes are required to the design
Minimum quantity of 100 for one colour print and 250 to all multicolored prints is strictly applicable.

Our visual presentations are a highly accurate representation of what your design will look like on a water bottle however sometimes clients do prefer to see a finished sample prior to proceeding with an order.
The procedure for this is simple - firstly we need to produce the artwork to your satisfaction, you then place the order for the full quantity with us, make approval and full payment for the complete order. We will then produce one sample for you to approve and if it is not as you wish we can make changes and produce another for approval.
Once the sample is approved we will complete the order and send it on - some additional freight costs may apply for this service.
Finally, artwork is a complex issue and can be very confusing and requires patience from both YOU and ME if we are to achieve the best results for you, so if you are not sure or need a little help please contact us.
